Doesn't seem like much but I've been working on this for a few weeks! ><

first time I've tried painting a background. Next time I'll try to draw a character that's more close up. Like this you can't really see anything right? :/

Operation V50

Template for our card! I know it looks really simple but it took me four hours to fit everything in! With the symmetry, making sure nothing sticks out when the card folds, fitting all the words in without resorting to fine print, finally test printing everything multiple times. 

preusem really gave me many things to think about, and I hope I manage to finish this new project it inspired me to pick up! :D

Off to space

Come and find me, where 2-D creatures roam the streets, I'm off to an alien world where I don't belong. Watching the world from here, I get a little lonely. What do you see, from so far away?

Sketch no. 1. A big, disproportionate mess XP

Was a little worried that I was being overly ambitious with this one. 

 Sketch no. 2: Made sure to make sure things were a little more orderly this time, since the finished product was supposed to be symmetrical 

Added in a bit of shading n stuff to make more sense of it. I guess it's a little too square? n Yeah, properly measured the thing out, left and right, top and bottom.

Little findings

S*star's the science club in my school. Just thought I would do a little smt for our seniors' farewell:)

Well, it is science, that's why there're little findings in the pots. heheh. 

My first time paying with air-dry clay since P3. really I only used it to stick the sakura sticker to the branches and prop up the grey stones so... can't really say I made anything out of it.

I've got a zip, some stuff from a spoilt analog clock, n the number thing from a combination lock

LED lights

A little sign board to welcome in Science Week! I was worried it would be a little underwhelming because of the simple design, but at the same time I was worried I would add too much and make a confusing mess >< Well, it's the first time I've done a work so visible, so I guess it was a good pitch to keep things simple:)

 It took me hours to do this, not to mention pages of drafts for the different designs I wanted to go for. To be honest I don't think it caught anyone's attention, tho I'm still proud of this work! :D

Hope to get more opportunities like this in the future, *fingers crossed*

Concept design

Nap room (school). Gonna use this for a school assignment, so I'll hold off publishing this post until the grading is over (or until it gets rejected by our tutor). tbh I have no idea how this proposal will fair, so I'm kinda glad I didn't put more layers on the drawing...

If there's anything to say it's that I took an hour figuring out how to make a gif in photoshop :O (edit: make that two... I forgot to put the loop on =_=)

my control over the pen is getting better, but I could only get passable results with a thin brush. A bigger brush just made all my mistakes more visible.
Done entirely on photoshop, happy cny! 

city night

Yeah. out-of-proportion no colour sense kinda thing. I actually don't mind it, just that the buildings in the middle could be more consistent with the happening colours of the structures next to it? anyway... coloured with the water colour-colour pencils. the black part is just a normal inky pen. (: My pc got sent in for repairs, so for these few days this is all I have to do with. Guess I don't have to say it but the ugliest one's the original :P

Colossal Titan

Finally finished this! :D I guess for a chibi his head should be a little bigger, but since he's gonna be moving I thought it may be better to be a little more proportionate? Anyway now's time for the difficult part - moving the hands and legs! (:

WIP

2 Feb: Just a screenshot of the lineart of Chibi Colossal Titan I've been working on (vector). Hoping to do (paint) one of those German villages after this! :D Anyway I kinda got carried away and didn't check with the reference for a while, that's why the jaw skin/muscles/wtv looks so different from the original. Then again I don't really mind this version (:

3 Feb: Colossal Titan without shading (or limbs). heheh realise he looks really weird right? without the muscles there's no more intimidating look. Dunno what to do with his legs tho. Will have to figure that out tomorrow.

8 Feb: Kay I still need to make the body (probably just the head) bob up and down... but I guess it's not too bad right... ? Still have to figure out the game itself T_T I'm actually quite enjoying this, it's just that I've gone without the reward of completing a project for a long time now.

Attack on Titan / Shingeki no kyojin

The first sprite is done... As with writing the game itself drawing Hanji had a lot of hit-and-miss's. Maybe she isn't that well proportioned, but I'm satisfied with the results! MUCH better than the previous digitalisation attempt :) Still have a long way to go before I can finish this project, but definitely worth the time! Makes me really happy just working on this :D
