Made this for a friend's birthday! I hope she liked it <3 it's got kinda funky colors, but I really didn't want it to look so dull >< I have no idea what a guest book's supposed to look like, but I hope the train kinda explains it?
Ol'fashioned steam train - aged hotel guest book
I started by covering the sketch book with some yellowed out easel paper (right)
Then sketched a sketching of s steam train from google images (not very original..)
Changed the shapes and outlined with a marker
used charcoal, dry pastels, midliners (marker) and water color pencils to color everything in
stuck on some other stuff I sketched/copied and done! ^^
the final picture on top's edited… I have to admit the colour's weird! :/
