Aurora phone case

Tutorial: Northern lights phone case!
~ Where the lights touch the Earth
This one was painted/sponged! Not what I would usually go for but it turned out pretty nice <3
You can stop the video halfway and get a starry night/galaxy effect as well(:

Owl dust plug tutorial


It's a Tutorial!



 Materials:
1. Dark clay
2. Gold clay
3. White clay
4. Glaze
5. Cutter
6. Blending tool
7. Roller

    Instructions1. Take some gold clay and make the shape of the owl's body. (It's rounder and heavier at the bottom)


2.  Make two pyramid shapes for the ears of the owl
3. Use the blending tool to smoothen the areas the ears touch the owl's body
4. Mix darker clay with gold clay and press out two circles for the outer layer of the eyes
 5. Press out two smaller circles of white clay and place on top of previous layer of eyes
 6. Press a thin layer of oval shaped white clay and stick onto breast of owl
 7. Take two small bits of gold clay and shape into wings. Streak lines onto wings with needle tool to give the texture of feathers. Add wings to body.
 8. To make the beak take a triangular piece of gold clay and place below eyes. Bake!
 9. Use a dotting tool to paint on eyes with black and white acrylic paint

Hot glue dust plug to owl and glaze!
